Special Event Parking Hours: Open daily 2 hours prior to event and 1 hour after event.  Our free reservation service helps you select a lot available for a particular event.  Our free Parking Reservation system automatically shows lots available for the special event. All Special Event Parking is a flat rate:  For example, parking for an evening at the West Virginia Symphony Orchestra will cost $3.00.
